BOOKING WITH PARTIAL PAYMENT WHERE DELIVERY LEADTIME EXCEEDS 30 DAYS

When Placing the OrderIndividualCorporateGovernment
1) Complete and sign the Provisional Booking Order (PBO) Form & obtain ‘Customer Copy’ from Dealer for your record.
2) Attach a valid and readable photocopy of your CNIC.xx
3) Attach a valid Purchase Order.x
4) Attach a printout of Online Taxpayers Verification for NTN/FTN & Sales Tax Registration through FBRs website. *FTN – only for government customersx
5) Attach payment (payorder/demand draft not older than 14 days from date of issue) favouring Indus Motor Company Ltd A/C of Customer Name • Yaris (All Variants) = Rs.1,500,000 • Corolla 1.6 = Rs.2,500,000 • Corolla 1.8 = Rs.2,500,000 • Hilux (Excluding Revo) = Rs.2,500,000 • Hilux-Revo = Rs.4,000,000 • Fortuner = Rs.5,000,000 • Imported = 25% of prevailing RSP or Rs.1,000,000 whichever is higher, excluding Corolla Cross (Low and Smart) = Rs. 3,000,000 and Corolla Cross Premium = Rs. 4,000,000
6) Sign Partial Payment Undertaking (computerised) & obtain photocopy from Dealer for your record.
7) Confirm with Dealer the date before which Balance Payment must be made (also given on PBO).
When Making Balance Payment
8) Attach payment (payorder/demand draft not older than 14 days from date of issue) favouring Indus Motor Company Ltd A/C of Customer Name comprising of:
(a) Difference between RSP (including freight) of ordered vehicle and Partial Payment already made.
(b) Withholding tax per Filer/Non Filer status per FBRs Active Taxpayers (Income tax) List as on the day payment is made to Dealer.
9) Obtain Balance Payment Form (computerised) and obtain photocopy from Dealer for your record
10) If an unregistered Sales tax entity, which is liable to deduct one-fifth Sales Tax, attach FBRs Computerised Payment Receipt (CPR – ST)x

BOOKING WITH FULL PAYMENT

IndividualCorporateGovernment
1) Follow steps 1, 2, 3, 4 & 10 stated above
2) Attach payment (payorder/demand draft not older than 14 days from date of issue) favouring Indus Motor Company Ltd A/C of Customer Name, comprising of
(a) RSP of ordered vehicle (including freight)
(b) Withholding tax per Filer/Non Filer status per FBRs Active Taxpayers (Income tax) List as on the day payment is made to Dealer.
3) Sign Full Payment Undertaking (computerised) confirming that Dealer offered you Partial Payment option & obtain photocopy from Dealer for your record.
